Email sent through the links found on property listings are sent directly to the property manager. If you choose to send an inquiry using these links, your personal information, including your email address and any other information you supply, will be emailed to the manager whose property you inquired about. The property managers will generally reply directly to you. Do not share information in the email that you do not want property managers to see.
Online Reservation Information:
On certain property listing pages, you have the option of making an online reservation. Online reservations are sent directly to the property manager. If you choose to make an online reservation, your personal information, including your name, email address, credit card and any other information you supply, will be securely transferred to the property manager whose property you reserved. The property manager will often reply directly to you. Do not share information in the online reservation that you do not want property managers to see.
Email to a Friend Information:
On property listing pages, you have the option of sending email inquiries to another person by using the "Email this Listing" link. The data entered into these forms is not stored within our system and the emails are sent directly to the email address you specify. Do not share information in the email that you do not want the receiving party you specify to see.
Registered Information:
As part of the rental booking process, you will be asked to register with ClearStay.com. We collect and store the registration information to make it easy for you to use ClearStay.com on a return visit and to retrieve your travel information.

Ratings & Reviews
On property listing pages you have the option of rating various aspects of your stay as well as writing a brief review. If you choose to rate a property and leave a review your individual ratings and review along with your first name, the first letter of your last name, and the city and state in which you currently reside will be posted on the individual property page for the unit that you stayed in. You will also have the option to post an anonymous review should you wish to do so. The property manager will have the ability to respond to your review. Do not share information in the online review that you do not want the property manager or other users to see.

To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. You are solely responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords or any account information. Please be careful and responsible whenever you're online. If you post personal information online that is accessible to the public, you may receive unsolicited messages from other parties in return.
