Here there is a nicely furnished sitting area with television and DVD player. It is comfortable and useable and ready for the family! The dining area has seating for six and there is large well equipped and very useable kitchen. The owners of Sirena 17 love Akumal and enjoying spending time in this very special property, making sure that it is well appointed and nicely detailed. They have created a lovely and comfortable setting that is easy for the whole family. You might never want to leave!

Two of the three bedrooms are also on the main level. The first is furnished with a king bed, the second with two single beds. A full bath services the two guest bedrooms. Both bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and should you need, air conditioning!The upper level is comprised of the large master suite housed under a high brick domed ceiling. The master suite is furnished with king bed and enjoys a private bath. There is also a double futon in the master suite for extra sleeping.

My favorite place in the unit, also on the upper level, is a large and well furnished upper terrace that overlooks the garden and sparkling pool. The terrace is partially shaded by a traditional Mayan palapa creating a shady retreat during the day. The other area of the terrace is open for stargazing at night.
