  The condo was very dirty when we arrived. The maid came in and mopped with only water which did not clean the floors. There were not enough seats in the living room for all of us to sit. The TV's did not get good reception. Gave us only 1 13 gallon garabge bag which was not enough. I liked the view but I will not stay there again.

  We really enjoyed our stay there. It had been 4 years since we had been to the beach so we were overdue a vacation there. The condo was beautiful,clean, and roomy. Other than a problem with the elevator, we enjoyed everything about Seabreeze. Thanks so much!

  Rooms are nice and conveniently located across the street from the beach. The room was not ready when it was supposed to be, and I had to wait over an hour once I arrived. The room was in good condition, but there were cleanliness issues. Some of the dishes were not clean, and the floors were not swept. There was even an action figure under the coffee table in plain view that should've been noticed by the cleaning crew if they did their job. The bed in this particular condo was extremely uncomfortable, as it was rock-hard.

  Our daughter was nominated to the All-star softball team 3 weeks before our vacation. Normaly we stay 8 days when we come to Gulf Shores July 4th week. At the last minute we had to modify our reservations some. Julie was a pleasure to deal with and was so understandable. I thank her so much for her effort in not charging us for the days we were not able to stay. We will stay there in the future just because of her hospitality and the eagerness of the office staff to get us checked in quickly upon arrival. The staff is the best we have dealt with in the 10 years we have been coming to Gulf Shores. Keep up the great work.

  Unit was darkly decorated, resulting in a dark atmosphere. Neighbors and outside were very noisy. This complex is not suited for elderly couples like us.
