The other 2 bedrooms each have a Set of Full Bunk Beds with TV/VCR and plenty of closet space. No television in the condo was working. When we called to get some help, the manager was useless. There was almost NO hot water. After two BRIEF showers, it was out and did not come back until the next morning. Again, the manager had no help. Further, we had been told that the place came open to rent somewhat at the last minute, as maintenance that needed to be done had been completed earlier than expected. Well, the master bedroom had NO window coverings. No, shades, no blinds not even a sheet. Consequently, the lights from the slopes and the snow equipment shined directly into the room all night long. There were brand new faux window blinds in the corner. Made us think that that had been the repair, that perhaps was not completed but rather pushed off until later in order to make money ooof of the rental. Perhaps just telling us this would have made a difference. The condo was not prepared to rent out. The location is great and perhaps another unit is much better equipped. We would not recommend this rental and in fact had friends who wanted to stay after us and we advised them not to. We have rented with Cool Cabins previously and never have had these issues. Very disappointing first experience.
Great place to stay at. Just had a real messy reservation process but once that was out of the way, the trouble was worth it. The place was clean, nice and quiet. Good value for your money.
It was a pleasure staying at the condo. We enjoyed the time. I would suggest creating a package that would include lift tickets to SNow summit and Big bear that would rally do the trick.
The slope-side was a great location and perfect for family with kids but I was hoping to stay a little cleaner place with my kids.
