Customer service was not good. And when arriving in condo it was not welcoming or inviting, instead rules of what to do or not to do felt more threatening instead of welcoming. Have stayed many places in Colorado never like this.

We are sorry to here you had such a poor check in experience. Out of hundreds of reviews, we have not received one like this. We will review with the staffl to determine what went wrong and correct.
