It is great to know before you go! ClearStay has vacation rental reviews you can believe in. All the reviews displayed here are 100% verified to come from past guests.
Very dated; carpet badly stained; cheap furniture. Even at the lower price, we would not stay here again.

We are sorry you were not satisfied. We responded to complaints everyday and several times on certain days. The carpet is not stained. It has normal wear on it. Even though you were staying in the middle of the summer we restocked the firewood for the fireplace for you. We brought you fans because you were hot (which seems odd since you wanted a fire). We inspected the dishwasher, refridgerator and stove. The bottom line is that you expected a Ritz Carlton experience for $59 per night. Even though you rented a condo that does not normally provide this kind of service, we went above and beyond to try to make your stay enjoyable. When you rent a condo, you are not staying in a hotel. The product you bought is different than a hotel. If you want to go on vacation and play the "lets see how many things we can complain about game" please go to a 5 star hotel that has the cost of this service built into the price. The thanks we get for giving you 5 star service (even though you did not pay for it) is a unfair review. Note to future guests: We are normal people. We are not some big corporation. We try very hard to help all of our guests have a great stay. However, there are some people that are unpleasable. We are not allowed to remove this unfair review. If you have any questions about the quality of our service or accomodations, please note that we have thousands of reviews and our average rating is 4.5 stars out of 5.
Fridge and stove not in working order, unit could use some updating. But the location worked great for us, Keystone is amazing!
Good amount of space for the money. Needed 2 bedroom, 2 bath and this one was very affordable. Was clean but had some mantainance issues. Florecent bulbs out, Floor tile loose, sticky doors, trim missing. Pool was nice and warm. Unit starting to show its age, but overall a good value.
Enjoyed out stay, hopefully we can do this again next year.
I've been vacationing in the Rocky Mountains since I was little so I expected high altitude & no elevators but be warned that you will get tired after 2 flights of stairs. We were on the top floor and if you're in the master bedroom then you have even more stairs. The condo was clean & had a beautiful view of lots of trees, we couldn't quite figure out the AC but were able to open all the windows and get a fresh breeze going. Oh, & the ice machine didn't work so I filled the ice trays and the next morning they still weren't frozen even after we fixed the temperature knobs. Could have used a little more info on how to make things work but all in all it was a great deal, beautiful & better than staying in a hotel!
Very spacious and great location. We really enjoyed the setting among the trees.
The overall stay was good. Didn't like the guest room beds, cheap bed spring mattress. And it had an old electric stove that took forever! They only left enough wood for one fire and no kindling, so it was work. You can tell the place is aging a bit but still nice. It was clean which is very important to me.
The dishes, bedding and furniture all had stains on them. One bathroom had mold in it and the other bathtub wouldn't drain. We were standing in inches of water trying to take a shower. The glass coffee pot was broken when we arrived, we could only make two cups at a time our first morning because anything over that would leak. The property management did replace the coffee pot the next morning. The location and layout of the condo were good, but the condo was not clean and did not meet our expectations.

We are sorry the accomodations were not up to standards. Thank you for your feedback. We will address all of these issues with our cleaning staff. There is no excuse for anything less than a sparkling clean property.
We were so surprised to arrive at the condo for our New Years stay in Keystone. When I rented the property I had no idea that it would be as large and comfortable as it was. What a nice surprise! Lot's of room to spread out and quite too. The only odd thing about the condo wss the large plasma TV sat on the hearth in front of the fireplace, so we weren't able to build a warm fire. Great stay and location!
Not very homey. Very sparse with decorations. Beds were OK. TV's were old. It felt like a rental all around. Would try to get another unit that felt more comfortable.
I didnt know the property was on the 2nd floor with no elevator in the property. It was the first day we got to Colorado and it was late. The altitude made the walk up a chore.
Having booked this condo at the last second, it turned out to be a great find. Tons of space and could sleep a lot of people if need be. Amazing last minute deal, will look to stay here again!
Awesome
We enjoyed our trip. It worked out well.
We arrived at 6pm and discovered that the keys to our unit didn't work. The property manager office was closed and we were not provided with an emergency number. After leaving numerous distressed calls on a recorder, and no response in over an hour, we were in the process of making other lodging accommadations, when the maintance man called. Ten minutes later new keys were provided. I would recomend this property but not the current management unless a new after hours emergency system was implemented.

Gary,We are sorry you had trouble getting into your condo. However, most of what you stated is just not correct. Our normal office hours are until 8 p.m. Which is 3 hours longer than every other mangement company in Keystone. Our phone system has several options. If you left a general message, they are returned in the order they are received. The fact that within 10 minutes of speaking to someone speaks to our dedication to customer service. As you know, it was determined that the reason you could not get into the condo was because you did not know how to use the keycards. We did not make an issue of this, because you were our guest, but to be bashed by you after-the-fact is really unfair. We have 24 hour maintenace services and as soon as you reached the right person, someone was there in 10 minutes. Just to be clear, once you contacted the right department (which is printed on your keycard), someone came out to teach you how to use your key card. In your opinion this merits a 1 from our services. Wow, that is amazing to us. Any future guests how feel they are getting full time bulter services in a condo, please go to the Ritz Carlton or tell us of your expectations and we will charge you 10X as much as you paid.
We felt the quality of the main bed was not up to the overall standard of the condo. It was small, should have been at least a queen size and the mattress was uncomfortable - needs replacing. My boys were also not happy with the mattresses on their beds either. I think they should be reviewed / replaced. If the beds had been up to standard, we would have been totally content with our stay. After a big day on the slopes, being tired and sore ! you need to have a very comfortable experience in the bed. Hope this helps. Rod.
Beautiful Scenery out my window, beautiful place to stay only one setback the bed was not that comfortable.
Property was nice and suited our needs wonderfully. Condo is very spacious, and for the price was an excellent deal. My one pet peeve is that some basic amenities could be left in the condo, like a stack of toilet paper, for example. We had to be running around in the cold in the middle of the night looking for tp because there was only like part of a roll left in each bathroom. A dish cloth or sponge would also help.

Thank you for staying with us. We are pleased you enjoyed your stay. Our standard amenities include 2 rolls of toilet paper in each bathroom, a scrub sponge and the other basic necessities. We apologize if these items were not in your condo. Please know that in the future, we are here to serve you and if you will notify us of any deficiencies during your stay, we will be happy to make things right.
Only thing was that I would go for a lower floor cuz we are not from that elevation and after working all day 3 floors of steps were killing me. I was an excelent place overall.
