  I was disappointed in the kitchen, the faucet wouldn't stay on and the cabinets didn’t look good. The light in the tub area was poor. Other then those two items it was very nice

  We loved the location and most everything about the condo however, being the first tenants of the season gave us a musty welcome. We purchased cleaning products to go over the unit to freshen up the place. We washed all the linens on all beds and washed all the dishes and utensils and wiped down the woodwork in the kitchen and glass in the place. We used Tilex on the bathroom tiles because of the dark grout, you couldn't see if there was mold on it or not. Even with all that, we had a great time and the unit was freshened up with our efforts. The unit is spacious and the bedding was relatively new with good support mattresses. It was time for the patio furniture to be replaced because of torn webbing in the chairs. The condo management staff was great! One thing that bothered us was the rental chair company on the beach. They monopolized the view on the beach and their staff chastised us because we wanted to use our own chairs. Apparently, no one is "allowed" to set up a chair in front of their unoccupied rental chairs as they "own" the beach view. All this could be from a staffing problem.
