Beautiful Island style decor and furnishings in this one bedroom one bath unit. Owner has stocked this unit with all required amenities. The pool view is beautiful and there is a Queen bed in the bedroom with a queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The lush pool area has an abundace of lounge chairs so there is never a need to hurry down for optimal seating. Our three commom areas are very pleasant and set up to offer you a range of choices. The 3rd floor area is a "lounge" setting if you decide to have company for happy hour. On the 2nd floor there is plenty of comfortable seating to view the big screen tv or for reading. There are also tables with chairs for the parents to enjoy a game of cards while the kids watch their videos. On the ground level, our screened lanai is set up for relaxation in the shade, or a great place for a luncheon. hide description

Key to gate across the street to the beach did not work. Music in the pool area should not be aloud if music is loud and foul language.
Dirty, cramped. I left three days early and received no refund or even a courtesy message (after being promised one).
My stay at marco Island was wonderful. the room was clean and the staff in the front office were really nice and helpful. We were able to do alot of fun things on the island and the beach access was great. The pool areas was very clean too.
The overall look and feel of the property was great. However, there is a form that you must fill out before you leave with your credit card information so that they can charge you for "Cleaning charges and pool sanitation"!(We cleaned the rooms;we should have packed mops and brooms)...The pool was used by all the vacationers staying that weekend how can they possibly point fingers at a particular group!The charges were equal to the price we payed to stay there $325! Not only do they want to charge you for that...but the room doors lock automatically once closed, and there is a $50.00 charge to have someone open it up! Extremely ridiculous charges that they cannot possibly prove were caused by us. I'd rather stay in a hotel any day. Horrible experience!!!! Never coming back!! They make their money from these charges that you have no idea about until you get home.
My stay at the Beach Club was like sampling what it's like to be in heaven. The acommodations were ample and clean and the service was excellent. I had an issue with the air conditioning and Bernice was there like clock work correcting the problem. I was overwhelmed to find that I was not at all inconvenienced, due to her prompt attention to the matter. I was really imipressed. Thank you Land and Sea Vacation Rentals and thank you Bernice for making my stay a pleasant one.
