This is a wonderful alternative to the fast-paced, expensive resorts. If you stay here too, we know you will agree that it is the best place, best location, and best value. Room needs a deep clean, microwave and patio furniture are very much in need of replacement
Helpful at the first and second problem, but not on the third...oh well. Casa is great, the folks there are great. I just had some bad luck, I think.
It is in a convenient location on the Alii driver in Kona. Condo needs a facelift (blinds broken, microwave is very old). The rental conditions are also very strict and charge $80 cleanup even if you rent for a day or two. They also require you to cleanup thoroughly before you vacate or otherwise loose your $300 deposit.
Having laundry facilities in the suite was a bonus as were the two televisions. The outdoor furniture and someof the kitchen supplies could use an update but we rated our vacation here the best yet! The pools are fabulous, especially overlooking the ocean from the saltwater pool. The barbeques in the cabana area are very high quality and this is a great place to meet your neighbours. I am looking forward to going back!
Had a very nice stay - clean, quiet, and comfortable. The only problem we had was the bed was extremely hard in this unit (I could compare it with concrete). Other than that, the condo was nicely furnished for a vacation rental. Having the washer/dryer in the unit, as well as ironing board and iron was extremely convenient.
