We had a wonderful visit to Hawaii and this condo made it perfect. The air conditioning at night was very nice. Screens on the windows and doors would have been helpful. Only the garbage disposal didn't work.
Close to everything!, Right across the street from great snorking beach. Picture of lanai doesn't give view justice. Watched gorgeous sunsets every night. Would stay again.
the only difficulty I had was with the lack of reliable internet service. I have a busy law practice and fortunately or unfortunately it travels with me.Wayne
Need to have more paper towels, trash bags, etc. Only had 2 trash bags and 3/4 of a roll of towels. We left a cheap cooler and flashlights for incoming. Overall, loved the condo, especially the lanai.
The location was wonderful, immediately across the road from a great snorkelling beach, and very close to an excellent golf course. The unit was comfortably furnished and well equipped. The total lack of any telephone was shocking, and the lack of high speed internet. That is the reason we will not recommend this unit to anyone else. There is not even a pay phone on the property.
I rented 3 condos for my 2 daughters and their families plus one condo for my husband of 41 years and myself. They were so spacious and so clean. Not only were the condos right across from the most beautiful snorkel beach, but we had the condo pool to ourselves. My entire family of 13 were so happy at these Kona condos. We were able to really be relaxed and able to enjoy swimming with the turtles, able to use the beach chairs, beach towels, and the umbrellas found in our various condos.
