Excellent vacation property.. nice view, close to shops & restaurants, and close to beach.will stay there again if back to Waikoloa
Simply the residence at Waikoloa Beach Villas were VERY ATTRACTIVE, CONVENIENT and QUIET!! We especially had fun sitting on our lanai watching 1 out of 10 people hit the sand trap on the 8th hole of the King's Golf Course! A Bay beach was closer than we thought. A nice short walk where you could walk along the rocks or rest on a beautiful sandy beach. The condo was beautifully maintained and VERY CLEAN! We totally enjoyed the space and location. The grounds were meticously manicured and the pool was just big enough to cool down in. The only concern we had was when we called the number for whom was supposed to be available if problems arose (air conditioning did not work the whole time) they never called us back. So it did get pretty hot, especially in the evening.
