  Terrific Villa, nice location. Only issues were around the club house. The the pool rules were too strict for well behaved children and they were too worried about losing their pool towels so they made a big deal about checking them in and out.

  Got married at the Orchid, hung with friends in 10E for a week before the big day... Amazing location and Condo!!! 5 Star! The 25 foot sliding wall to a huge lani makes this condo freakin ridiculous!!

  We have just returned from our 3 week stay in Kolea Villa 10E in Waikoloa on the big island of Hawaii. Rarely are your expectations met let alone exceeded when renting "Luxury" accomodations from an on-line source. Kolea however overwhelmingly surpassed what we had expected and speaks volumes for the integrity of the people we contracted with at Kolea Luxury Vacations,LLC. From the moment we drove through the private gate to our entry through the double doors of our unit we were instantly impressed with our choice of accommodation. As a bonus the unit was centrally located across from the administration office, pool, fitness centre and a very short walk to the beach. 10E was endowed with every possible convience, ammenity and appliance anyone could ask for and all high quality. The lani was huge and superbly equipped for entertaining or family gatherings and gave an excellent view of the well manicured surroundings and even provided a partial view of the ocean. The overall development has great family appeal and due to the expansive nature of the units and the double master bedroom concept would also be a perfect fit for two couples. Our only critism came not from the suite itself but from the lack of consideration from the family staying above us who allowed their children to run up and down the halls starting at 6:00 in the morning for the first week of our stay. On a final note Waikoloa is a great location in that it is surrounded by excellent shopping, great restarants, a beautiful golf course and is within easy reach of numerous other beaches and resorts. We give Kolea and 10E our top rating of 10 out of 10. I should also mention that my wife and I travel frequently and are easily disappointed when destinations turn out to be less than represented by their advertising.

  Gorgeous unit, exquisitely furnished.Very comfortable lanai furnishings. Just a bit of confusion at first - owner had sent us very long and detailed instructions for access to pool and beach, involving keypads, but there were none - he needs to update his instructions. Secondly, we had a terrible time with the operation of the TV - basically couldn't use it the entire time we were there. We replaced batteries in remotes, but didn't help. Couldn't access menu function along with other problems. Last few days only had "snow" on the Living room TV screen. Need to have more detailed (or correct) instructions for use of TV, cable & remotes - we followed the instructions to the letter and still couldn't get it to work.
