  BEAUTIFUL!! Top of the line condo unit in very nice complex. Located centrally in Kapa'a! Right across from Safeway and within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Complex pool is amazing.....great for kids and adults alike!

  It was fantastic! Just a few too many rules such as potential charges if the trash wasn’t taken out and for excessive laundry? Never seen anything like that before?

  We had a great stay. The unit was extremely clean and well furnished. Location was convenient. We would highly recommend this unit and would stay here again. We did have some difficulty with the wireless internet access. We left a voice message with Remax Kauai about the issue and never received a return phone call.

  Our stay on Kauai was accentuated by this wonderful condo. It is definately state-of-the-art. We found everything we needed in the condo and enjoyed the well-kept property. The beach in this area isn't much to speak of, but Kapaa is central everything on the island. While we didn't take advantage of it because we retire early, the resort bar is on the water and appears to be very popular.

  Upon entering this unit after having stayed in 2 different resorts the previous two days thru a different rental company (plumbing and hot water issues w/both units), it was like walking into heaven at #D202 Waipouli Beach Resort! Gorgeous kitchen and baths, very comfortable bed, and nice furniture. Quality construction in the unit was evident throughout. Had one small issue with the DVD player and Remax was responsive. Owner authorized a last minute reduction on rate, which we appreciated also. The central location to both North and South Shores made it very easy to see all the sights and explore a variety of beaches. Even though it cost a little more than an older, oceanfront unit (we had a pool view and partial ocean view), we will definitely return here again on our next trip. Worth the extra few dollars to relax in an upscale, extra comfortable condo after a long day at the beach.

  The only reason you didn't receive 5 stars is that when we first arrived there was a strong musky odor from the floor in the main bedroom near the bathroom, and the main bedroom sheets/pillow cases smelled of mildew. We laundered the sheets/pillow cases and vacuumed the floor with carpet fresh to resolve the problem. Everything else was terrific.

  Towels need to be washed on on "sanitary mode" in the washing machine, otherwise they smell like milldew as they did when we arrived. Other then that, perfect stay. Couldn't ask for nicer location and property. They condo was beautiful on the inside and we couldn't ask for more.

  Great unit with amazing amenities and applicances. Everything was first-class and we truly enjoyed our time there. It was very relaxing as the location was close to everything and we loved the pool very much. Would recommend this to anyone and even more, would go back in a heartbeat!

  Beach could of been better for swimming, blame mother nature, still was ok for snorkeling. Only thing lacking on the east side is a sunset, otherwise GRAND.

  I found this wonderful rental condo searching. The owner was very responsive and the Remax agent helpful and prompt. The condo was the nicest one that we have ever stayed in. Aside from how clean and well decorated it was, the quality of workmanship and the level of luxury was quite obvious. The view was truly delicious with the condo overlooking the huge pool area and the ocean in the background. The condo was quiet, centrally located and one that we will surely return to again next year. I would highly recommend this condo and resort for your vacation.

  I would recommend this unit to anyone that is thinking about going to Kauai. It is in a great location and from what I could see by far the nicest hotel on the island. The room was even nicer than we excpected. There is nothing in a condo that you could want that this unit didn't have- the kitchen was AMAZING. For those that are looking for an ocean view without the fourth floor price this is perfect. Aloha

  Enjoyed the grounds, pool, and resort feel. Location wasn't as good as 2nd place we stayed in Poipu,due to traffic but it was a good spot to catch the sunrise and access point for exploring the North Coast(Hanalei, princeville)

  We loved it, it is beautiful, well, kept,we loved the bar by the ocean.Our only complaint was the last 3 or 4 days the fire alarms went off several times and this was very diruptive and it went off during the evening and during overnight was reported to approitate people but nothing seemed to be done! When the alarms went off it was for several minutes at a time !!!!

  The Waipouli has most everything you'd want from a Kauai condo; a lagoon pool with water slides, a beachside bar, and a nice room complete with a kitchen having high-end appliances. The only thing missing is a nice swimming beach and a good ocean walking path. If you're staying on the east side you can't do better. Unfortunately Kapaa is hardly the north or south shore.

  Our stay at Waipouli was PERFECT! We loved every minute of it. Wished there were more food options on property - but thoroughly enjoyed it. We would definitely stay here again. Loved the pool - the room - the bar. Decor was beautiful and well kept!

  We absolutely loved Kauai and the resort. Everything met our expectations and beyond. The condo unit had all the luxuries and more. The pool and grounds were immaculately kept. Can't wait to go back.
