Our family of five rented a 3 BR//3Bath unit for two weeks in 8/09 and we couldn't have been more pleased. The unit and surrounding grounds were immaculate and beautifully landscaped. The unit itself was very spacious, had a large kitchen with new appliances and the furnishings throughout the unit were new, clean and comfortable. Having a pool right outside the unit was very convenient and having the beaches only a five minute walk away makes this location a perfect one. Since our departing flight did not leave until 11pm, we asked the manager for a late checkout (normal time is about 10 am) and she offered 7pm right off the bat, which permitted us to make the most of our last day.
... well, other than the fact that you have to drive to the beach with all your gear, everything else was perfect. I would go back to stay again!
Villas at Poipu Kai are perfect in everyway. Our two week stay went way too fast! The property manager is so responsive, kind, and bends over backwards to make your stay memorable.
What a terrific experience! All of the contact we had with reservations was top notch, Sally the GM was soooooo helpful,kind, and responsive! We wish we could move in for good! Can't wait to visit soon!
