The villa accomodations were perfect. We truly enjoyed our stay and plan to return in the future. Upon arrival we got there later than planned and didn't know our room number. Richie was extremely helpful and very polite. He directed us to the right villa and provided us with instructions. We don't know what we would have done without him. We loved the location as it was quick and easy access to the beach and the location our daughter and son-in-law got married. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you!!!!
First class from start to finish....will stay at the Villas the next time I visit the island.

All we could say the first time we went into the condo was "WOW". We knew the place would be nice but did not expect it to be awesomet. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed every minute of our stay - there were evenings when we just stayed "home", cooked and had a great and relaxing evening. Even our grand daughter (8yrs) did not want to leave the place. The staff was great. They went out of their way to find the tours and activities we wanted - including chartering a boat to go fishing and horseback riding. We definitely will stay at the Villas at Poipu Kai next time we visit Kauai.
My family stayed in the 3 bedroom, 3 bath poolside villas in early July and we had an absolutely wonderful time. The brand new property (built in December 2008) was a perfect combination of luxury and comfort. From the hardwood flooring, beautiful cabinetry, granite counters, stainless appliances, flat screen TVs, super comfortable beds, top notch furnishings, and incredible lanais, the Villas at Poipu Kai are designed for vacationers who prefer a place to relax and unwind after a busy day of exploring Kauai. The property has a great location and is only a 5 minute walk to Poipu Beach, a short drive to Poipu Village Shopping Center (where Roy's and Puka Dog are located), and a short, enjoyable walk through a greenbelt to the Grand Hyatt where they serve the best macademia nut pancakes on the planet! Ok, maybe a bit of hyperbole, but the the breakfast was awesome nonetheless! The staff at the Villas at Poipu Kai were wonderful, from Ann Toolson helping set up my reservation to Sally Desai, the General Manager, making sure my family was well taken care of during our visit. The occasion for my family's visit to Kauai was to celebrate my wife's birthday and they were so thoughtful as to have a birthday gift waiting for us in the unit when we arrived. It was little touches such as this that made our visit that much more memorable and special. We hope to be able to visit Kauai again in the near future and wouldn't mind making a repeat visit to the Villas at Poipu Kai!
