Very well designed, decorated and nearly new condo...large, spacious rooms, great kitchen, top of the line appliances, furniture and bedding. Perfect for larger families. 5 minute walkway to best beach in Kauai. Great pool and landscaping. Helpful staff. No extra parking, internet or resort fees.
This is a wonderful place, brand new and luxurious everything. The condos have very high ceilings, lovely new furnishings, pretty finishes and everything is spotless. There is a wonderful property manager who helps with groceries, activity recommendations, jumps on any needed repairs, etc. There is a very short walk to Brennecke and Poipu beaches on one side and the Grand Hyatt on the other. Stores and restaurants are located nearby. You couldn't ask for a better location, especially if you have kids.
