  We would come back to rent this villa again. The beach is within walking distance. The villa is in perfect condition. The property manager is very helpful and friendly.

  Two couples rented this unit for 10 days. We found the property manager very helpful, the access to the Ritz wonderful, the views were great--we looked right out to the ocean from each window. As the couple that stayed in the "2nd" bedroom--the beds were great. We did notice that the room could use a little more dresser-top or bedside table space. Thanks for the great place to spend our time in Hawaii.

  While the unit was generally nice, there were maintenance issues, most notably the lack of A/C in the master bedroom. Also, the internet was not working, and required a call and service visit by the cable company. Other minor issues like TV remotes not working. Otherwise, beautiful view and a nice location, but can't recommend unless maintenance issues resolved.

  There are two very nice size bedrooms with two big baths. There is also a third full bath. The dining room has a great view that makes you want to dine in. We did a lot of cooking. Stayed for 11 nights and dine in all 11 nights. There is no maid service and they don't really restock the basic necessities so make sure to bring all that you will need and there won't be a problem. The AC in the master bedroom was broken...which made it hard to sleep in that room. Make sure that it get fixed before you rent it. The condo was clean but a little out of date. All together, we had a nice stay.

  We had another wonderful vacation in Maui. Our experience at the Bay Villas was pleasant. Jake our property manager was most helpful with any of our needs, often going the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed out stay. Our only complaint would be the Villa lacked certain things ie. tupperware, condiments, beach mats and children's beach toys ( we left ours hoping someone would be able to enjoy them as we did). I understand these are minor requests, but they would help us enjoy our stay that much more.

  A lovely condo in a beautiful location. I would definitely return the next time we visit Maui.
