Great Location. Ocean View beautiful especially from bedroom upstairs. Easy 5 minute walk to all 3 beaches. Very satisfied especially for the reasonable rates. Appreciated the late check out on our departure day. The only thing lacking was additional bedding for the sofa bed and rollaway for my two boys. Overall, enjoyed our stay at the Bay Villas Unit 12G5. Love to return soon.
Unit is a good floorplan, but needs new sofabed and TVs. Limited linens and towels. Partial ocean view was much more obscured than expected. Responsive property manager, but found out that some issues could have been addressed after departure.

We were very disappointed in this property for the price we paid. Daily maid service was listed on the net as well as the property info in the room - what we got were clean towels and bedding after 5 days and then we had to ask to have our bathrooms cleaned after 7 days! Not what we would consider daily service by any means. The carpets were dirty and stained and the unit is looking it's age. We felt we did not get fair value for our money. On the positive side - Jake was very helpful in booking our golf games.

dead cockroach in middle of carpet entry to greet us, downstairs furniture is badly dated, dirty couch, plywood under seating, multiple lightbulbs out or missing, no overhead lighting in dining area, both toilets running frequently, downstairs toilet not mounted tightly, handle to downstairs shower missing, upstairs tub drained very slowly, dated fixtures, multiple pots or pans without proper fitting lids, ancient washer and dryer, neither working wellother than that, the condo was great
