Exceptional trip - rated location low because there is little public transportation. We needed a shuttle service to Lahaina and Maaleha etc. Nothing was easily accessible once off of the property. It would have been helpful to have an in house review of what is on the property and close by. Shopping proved to be the most economical at K Mart and Walmart for best prices. Residents are reluctant to give you any tips on where things are located off of the property. Kapala reception did not know what postage rate to use on postcards. Concierge could not give directions to reach Macy's such as street name? or proper directions. We had to really dig to get information. Sansei special deal on Sundays and Mondays was not advertised anywhere. Jake our contact from Aloha vacations was marvelous, we just did not have all of the questions when we contacted him.
