  This is a perfect place to stay. Very, very good price for the awesome location in downtown Waikiki. It is also very clean and has a full kitchen so you can save some money if you wanna eat in. I would recommend this place to anyone. I'm from Hawaii and like the feel of a nice condo instead of staying at a touristy hotel. A big mahalo to all the staff! Aloha.

  She is right! You can't beat this location! The full kitchen and the home away from home feel make the Royal Moana the perfect place to stay in Waikiki

  It was very good.
  I said that a friend wanted to use it again.
  As for what was not good, a dish was dirty.
  The paper diaper of the person who used it before was in the trash box of the rest room.
  There are not words other than it.

  The condo provided everything we needed in a great location. Just a few steps away from the beach, it was quiet and relaxing when we returned from the beach - definitely a great choice. Recommendation: provide an opportunity to recycle bottles, can, and possibly even paper.

  My friends and I were on a budgeted trip and we came across this place that was a lot more affordable than most of the hotels we were looking at in the area. At first I wasn't sure about it because I've never stayed at a vacation rental place before and I didn't know if the place was reliable/safe or not. Then I gave the listing contact, Kai a call before my trip and he turned out to be extremely friendly and more than helpful.
  
  When I finally arrived, the place was a pleasant surprise. The condo was beautiful, very well kept, and most importantly, close to everything. This was important to the group I was travelling with because we were not planning on renting a car and we needed to get to places on foot or by bus. Turns out to be an unnecessary worry because we were a 2 minute walk from a major bus stop and a 3 minute walk from the main strip where all the excitement takes place.
  
  Part way through the trip however, my group decided to rent a car, which meant that we needed to rent additional parking at the condo. We then had to contact Shelly who made it possible and helped to make the arrangements for us. She was also a delight to work with.
  
  Furthermore, even though my group knew that there was a fully equipped kitchenwe were not sure what that meant. Did it include salt and pepper? Did it have dish detergent? One thing we did not want to do was to buy a large bottle of condiment, use a little bit, and then have to throw away. Turns out, that was an unnecessary worry. The kitchen came with salt and pepper, dish detergent, and scrub, on top of all the pots and pans, bowls and plates, mugs and glasses that we needed. There were even trays to make ice cubes! Consequently, my group was able to save lots of money by cooking most of our meals at home.
  
  If my group had not come across this place to rent, the overall experience of our trip would not have been the same. I highly recommend this place to anybody that is going to Oahu

  Parking situation is not great.
  Street noise is excessive at times.
  Condo inside is beautiful and functional. A pool would be nice, but then price reflects amenities.
  
  Overall a great value, good location and very nice unit. Yes, I would recommend it to others and will likely return.
