  This is a lovely home with lots of owner touches that give it a special charm. The kayaks and bicycles added to the pleasure. It is definitely a place we would rent again.

  We thought the studio was cute and well stocked. Two issues though: The Dish Network subscription had expired so we had no TV or music the whole time. It was a disapointment. Second is a board at the roofline in the front of the house is loose so when the wind blows it bangs and kept us awake.

  We thoroughly enjoyed our stay,our only regret being that we should have stayed longer. The cottage was fully equipped w/everything we needed, more than we needed. The kayaks and bikes were great although there should have been a 4th bike. The futons weren't that comfortable but what futons are? The neighbors around were very friendly,Loved it!!Will be back better yet, would love to retire there!

  My family and I had a wonderful stay at the studio. The location was perfect(just mins. from the Wai O` Pae tidepools and a very short walk to the Champagne Pond) and the neighbors were wonderful. We felt very safe with the gate and the people.

  Spent 4 days at Sea View. Though we would have preferred actual ocean frontage, the "setback" provided us additional piece of mind and yard area for our 6 year old. GREAT snorkeling, warm water, safe and quiet neighboorhod made for a wonderful stay.

  We came in late that night and we could of used a map that we didn't have. We had a hard time finding the road to the house cause it had a sign to the left for the road but on the right was a truck for sale. We didn't realize that the little road right was the way.Once we found everthing it was a nice place. Hilo is nice but wet so we moved to different parts of the island. Swam in the ponds which were nice. If everything went as planned we wouldn't have any unplanned memories.

  Overall a very nice stay. We were generally very comfortable. Prior pictures made the setting seem like it was on the water, which would have been nice. There were quite a few small ants and some roaches that were a little annoying, but did not distract from the overall stay.

  We loved our stay here--great secluded neighborhood. The house has everything you could need-snorkel ear, anything you could ever need in the kitchen! Amazing tide pools within 5 minutes--coral and fish everywhere! Would highly reccomend this condo!!
