There are 2 fireplaces, one is located in the living room and one is located outside in the patio and functions as an extension of the living area. The Stainless steel kitchen, which is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, opens to the dining room and living room. All the dinnerware was handmade by the owner, an accomplished potter. We loved staying at the casa de llave azul. It was a great location--easy walk into heart of santa fe. The house is unbelievably furnished: not only attractive and comfortable but also very well equipped from sheets and towels to handmade pottery and sharp knives. A+++ on all counts.
The bath linens could have been distributed more evenly. The downstairs bathroom had only one wahscloth. Also, could not figure out how to set the alarm when we were going in and out. Called the office and no one got back to us. However, the rental house was great. Could not have asked for a better location. It was close enough to the plaza that we could walk, but far enough away to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Thanks for everything. It was great.
