Holly, our agent was professional and helpful in every way but one. We were told that our daughter and grandchildren would be able to park next to the snack shack. When she tried to do this, the guard there was very agitated. OTherwise, all was wonderful.
The only problem I encountered was, An elderly man walking a dog called the sheriff because he assumed we were breaking in according to the officer. The officer was quite rude when I told him if he did not believe me, he could check with the guard or management. He made a speckle of himself blocking the drive way. That was embarssing after 16 years of vacation there I've never encountered anything like that. My whole party was made up of Bishops and Pastors I was showing off the Island as the possible for a large retreat.
