The condo needs to be repainted (not just touch-up) and recarpeted. The screen door needs to be fixed or replaced. I scrubbed the table and counter tops, and all chairs. The cabinet doors are dirty, they need to be cleaned and preferably outfitted with pulls or handles (cheap at Home Depot), that would keep them cleaner. The toilets still had urine at the base. We cleaned one and left the other dirty. The beds were adequate, though, and plenty of towels for everyone!
We were very happy in this condo. Good setup for kids.
This was our first visit to sunriver. The facilities are great. Our only problem was very uncomfortable beds. We were meeting friends who were part of a tennis tournament. Only had two days. Next time we will stay longer and take advantage of the many activities offered.
Very quite with a wonderful view of the woods. Very close to the village. I would come back again.

I loved all the white towels and how clean and comfortable the rental was. One, thing though, there was some mildew in the shower of the master bath by the door, thought someone might want to take care of that. Everything else looked great!

We certainly do thanks for bringing it to our attention
The condo was great! We had a problem with the grill and the maintenance folks returned our call promptly, event though it was after hours. Onsite pool was quieter than the larger north and south pools, and very clean.
Good rental property and friendly property manager.
