I was extremely disappointed in this unit. I have stayed at Edisto many times and this place was a dump. The patio furniture was so rusted thru that it was a hazard and the deck was rotting. A dead palmetto bug was there to greet us by the patio door that had missing parts in the vertical blinds. The bedspread was dirty, kitchen door was hanging by a hinge and the BR floor was soft around the toilet. COuld not find anyone at the rental agency . Next time for the same amount of money that I paid, I will go to MB and stay at the Plantation Resort
