This house was in poor condition. There were active water leaks in numerous locations, and a large mold spot in the master bathroom. Silverware and dishes were still dirty and unwashed from the previous renter. Kitchen had an ant problem, and we had a few palmetto bugs (cockroaches) in the bedrooms and kitchen. Bedding was also dirty, good thing we brought our own. Condition of the unit made us wonder if it had been cleaned in the last couple months. Location was perfect however, right across the street from the recreation center. Outside of this unit, the resort itself is nice.
We were not advised to bring linens and toilet paper, large hole in bathroom ceiling with mold growing all over wall..dead spiders in tubs..bugs crawling in kitchen..smelled musky!! Serious water damage also in bathroom. Carpet filthy!! Rushed us through check info...rude staff! Never will use Atwood Vacation rentals again!
