Newly renovated, 3Br/3 bath, third floor, oceanfront villa in the East Beach area with incredible ocean views. The brand new kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances is open to the living room and dining room. All 3 have lovely views of the ocean. Our only complaints about this rental were very minor. We have stayed in several other Windswept and Duneside properties and have always had plenty of beach towels; we would have brought them along if we'd known we wouldn't have enough towels. Also, we'll check next time to be sure that all rooms have fans, as we stay in oceanside units to be able to hear the surf, yet didn't have enough cross-breeze to keep the windows and doors open. Otherwise, the unit was very accommodating, clean, and convenient, and if we came in a cooler time of year, we wouldn't hesitate to book it again.
We have always enjoyed our trips to Kiawah! This was our first time staying in the Windswept building and found it to be our favorite. Great views and great unit. Very nicely updated, clean, and just enough space without being too much.
Thanks to Pam for handling the clothes debacle with the dryer! Her response was quick and fair. We had a great stay in Kiawah, and would use Pam's company again!
