The only negative feedback I have about the property is the condition of the bed mattress in the bedroom. It is in very poor condition; the middle provides no support.Thank you for the opportunity to provide you feedback.
A ceiling fan in the bedroom and living room (prioritize the bedroom) would significantly reduce the amount of A/C required to keep the apt cool.
Beautifully furnished with all amenities. Great location just two minutes to the beach. Only thing it was missing was the ocean view. But then we may never have left! Highly recommend. So comfortable. Minor suggestion would be to offer beach towels (we couldn't fit ours in our luggage).
The rental chairs on the beach took way to much beach away when no one was renting them.
This one bedroom villa was exactly as represented and even had recent improvements when we arrived. It was very tastefully decorated, comfortable, and made us feel right at home. The owner had paid attention to all the details. The location was excellent just a few steps off the beach and a short bike ride to the convention center where I was attending a conference. We appreciated the beach chairs that were supplied. Thanks for providing a wonderful getaway spot. I do not like to rent a villa sight unseen and through Pam Harrington Exclusives I had the opportunity to shop around.
This is a lovely condo with a view of the ocean through the trees.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay, as we always do, on Kiawah. Normally we rent a larger private home when we visit since we normally have our daughters and their family with us. However, during this visit my wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary so it was just the two of us. This Windswept villa was perfect for our three night stay. It was very close to the beach for our walk and very comfortable in the evenings. The 35-40 minute drive to downtown Charleston allowed us to see a number of the Spoleto Festival programs and enjoy some very wonderful dinners. When we first arrived at the villa the air conditioner for the unit was not working but we made one phone call to the Pam Harrington staff and within 15 minutes they had a repair service there to resolve the problem. They called to verify that the problem had been addressed. They were wonderful, as always!

Hi Pam,Overall, we had a great stay in 4406 Windswept. Everything was clean and we were in a great location. We might suggest providing shampoo/coffee/tea in the villas. I do want to make you aware of the lack of communication surrounding our villa reservation. It was slightly odd that I had to call in order to make the final payment on the villa. I filled out the payment form twice and sent a couple of emails, but never heard back and was never charged until I made the phone call. I would suggest having someone work specifically on reservations in order to make sure that guests have their villa keys and the information they need in a timely manner. We're very familiar with the island and were meeting up with family for Thanksgiving, but someone who was new to the island may have thought twice about visiting due to the general lack of communication.Thank you!Laura Weisser
We always have a great time when we stay in this condo as we have for a number of years. The recent redecorating was beautifully done and has created an adult retreat for those who want qauality. I would not recommend this unit to anyone traveling with children. Enjoy!

i would ditch a lot of the old silk flower arrangements, they were dusty and took away from the overall beauty of the rooms...everything else was perfect!
Out of all the visits we have made to Kiawah this facility was the BEST. The location, cleanliness, decor...and no bugs... made our stay this year just so wonderful. Of course, the weather was perfect and this is always a plus. Pam Harrington has always provided the best facilities for us, and we have tried a few others over the years. Thank you Pam Harrington, we are looking for info from you to begin looking at our calendar for 2009!
We loved the new French Country decor and love Kiawah. The bed was very uncomfortable though. bad slant.mattress broken down? my husband was miserable sleeping all week. also the rug in the toilet area smelled of urine. not sure if it was cleaned. We saw a couple of roaches or some kind of big black bugs. overall the condo was nice and we enjoyed our stay but thought that you might want to be aware of those couple things. thanks for the quick response on the air conditioning when it went out..thank you!
We have rented this unit so many times we have lost count--at least 7 or eight years. It's perfect for two people--well appointed, decorated, quiet and convenient. The beach is a 3 or 4 minute walk. The unit owners and the Pam Harrington staff have done a lot to make this an ideal vacation spot. They always check on us a couple of times during the week to see if we need anything. They are very professional and helpful. Highly recommended.
Pam Harrington Exclusives makes it very easy to rent their villas. We were sent everything that we needed through the mail and we just needed to show up. Everything was provided for us. The villa was clean and within walking distance of the ocean. We love Kiawah!
