Beautifully renovated 4Br/4.5 bath oceanfront villa. This 3 story townhouse has been completely re-done! The first floor has 3 bedrooms all with private baths. Loved mostly everything about this place. Wish it would have had a screen doors leading from master bedroom to deck so that we could have had doors open to wave sounds more. Kitchen was to die for. Take your own pans if Teflon is an issue for you.Little room for a crib.
we called at least 4 times before the outdoor step lights were repaired. This was a very dangerous condition due to the randomness of the steps. It was finally fixed the last night of a 2 wk stay! Also, sheets and towels were great EXCEPT for the 2nd week sheets-they were thin, nubby, etc.
Great location, beautifully decorated unit, felt like home.

This was my 12th trip to Kiawah, I would stay there forever if I could. I will be back!!
WHAT A GREAT PLACE! ALL ROOMS ARE DECORATED VERY WELL AND KITCHEN IS WONDERFUL TO COOK IN.
This is an outstanding place to stay. The location is excellent, the view is terrific, and the accomadations in the villa are very attractive and top notch. Since this property has recently been renovated (I believe we were the second group to rent), there are a few kinks that have yet to be resolved. (There is no way to latch the double doors to the balcony in the master bedroom on the third floor and, consequently, they blow open if there is any wind. We had to tie them shut. The trash drawer in the kitchen would not stay closed. It always reopened about 6" no matter what we did. This probably is a very easy fix. Finally, half of the ceiling on the screen porch is not water proof. Consequently, whenever there is any rain, the porch and all the furniture get soaked. The water also runs into the ceiling fan. We, essentially, were not able to use the porch because, even after the rain ceased, the chair cushions were to wet to sit on for several days.We did not consider these major problems and have booked the unit again for next year. It really is wonderful.
